An incident is an issue affecting multiple Instart customers specifically, or general customer impacting issues on our network or services.
Instart strives to pro-actively alert customers to known issues to ensure visibility into the status and severity. You can follow the Rapid Response section to get email updates on known issues.
For an issue arising outside of a known issue or to report additional information on a known issue, please open a ticket as defined in Requesting Support. Based on the nature and severity of the incident, an Incident Report may be requested that includes root cause and mitigation steps.
