Any email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will generate a support request which you can then use to engage directly with our support team over email.
In addition to the standard subject and body detail, you can add additional metadata and otherwise enhance the email interaction with the following hashtags included in the body of the email.

|#email@example.com||Sets the requester of the ticket. This can either be the users ID in your account, or simply their email address. If they don't already exist in your account, we will create it for you.|
|Sets the priority of the ticket. Valid values are low, normal, high and urgent. Note, in order to set a priority, you must also set a ticket type (see below).|
